HOW YOUR ROLE FITS INTO BOLDT:
The Real Estate Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making through in-depth capital markets research, financial analysis, and comprehensive evaluations of potential real estate investments and portfolio strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in financial modeling, and a deep understanding of the ever-evolving real estate landscape.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
- Prepare and update Argus and Power BI financial models for the company’s existing portfolio of medical office and senior housing facilities.
- Support strategies for optimizing management and forecasting of owned and managed assets within Boldt’s real estate portfolio.
- Assist development team in the creation of financial offerings to fund real estate development projects and acquisitions to support the growth strategies and needs of clients.
- Identify and advocate for investment strategies in submarkets that we compete in.
- Prepare and evaluate financial models and assist with the due diligence and underwriting for the acquisitions of medical and senior housing portfolios across the United States.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external capital partners to better position Boldt within the real estate capital markets.
- Prepare and maintain financial models and project controls for internal forecasting Boldt Holdings P&L and cash flow by project, including distributions.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Bachelor’s degree is required in mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, Real Estate, Finance or Economics.
- 4+ years of relevant financial modeling experience is required..
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, a willingness to work in a team environment, a desire to lead investment strategies and build and maintain relationships with capital partners.
- Proficiency with Argus, Yard, Power BI, Excel or other real estate portfolio management software is preferred.
- Demonstrate a strong desire and aptitude to analyze complex markets and investment portfolios.
- A valid driver’s license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons’ ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of Boldt Holdings or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position for up to eight hours. The employee occasionally is required to move to access people or workspaces. Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. The ability to optimally communicate is required. The employee may occasionally move up to 15 pounds. The working conditions of this position require the employee to work inside an office environment. The environment for which this position functions may contain scents and fragrances. May be requested to work overtime and weekends.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $81,900 - $105,966 per year. This range represents what The Boldt Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to: candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, alignment with market data and internal equity as well as other business and organizational needs. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work at our Milwaukee, WI office. If the incumbent works out of a different location, the anticipated salary range is subject to change.
