Premier Dental has an opening for a Front Desk position in Omaha, NE. This candidate will work in all 3 areas of the Front Desk department…Treatment Coordinator, Check in and Call Center...and have the opportunity to interact with patients both face to face and behind the scenes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a fantastic ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The most successful candidate will have the desire and ability to adapt to daily changes and move promptly & enthusiastically to any Front Desk position. You will work with a large team of dedicated, caring, and FUN dental professionals! Compensation
- Based on experience, plus monthly bonuses
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all patients and caregivers.
- Maintain patient records with strong attention to detail and adherence to HIPAA Privacy Practices.
- Serve as a liaison between the Doctors, other medical professionals, and patients, as appropriate.
- Answer inbound calls
- Present patient's walkouts & treatment plans
- Schedule appointments
- Answer patient questions regarding treatment, insurance, and their account
- Collect and post payments
- Discuss payment & financing options with patients
- Patient follow-up by email, text, and phone
- Heavy documentation & tracking of patient communications
- Electronically order prescriptions
Qualifications
- Prior dental office experience preferred but not required (clinical or front desk)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Highly motivated and organized
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding positive attitude and demeanor
- Strong ability to troubleshoot problems
- Likes working hard but likes to have fun, too
