Job Title: Production Associate 1
Reports to: Dept supervisor and or Dept leads
Position Status: Full Time Non Exempt
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Production Associate is responsible for assembling products and preparing them for shipment according to company quality standards and production schedules. This role involves assembling products, performing repetitive tasks, labeling products and ensuring all products meet quality, safety, and efficiency requirements. This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or packaging role is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of assembling, packing and labeling procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to use basic hand tools, measurement instruments
- Pack, seal, and label products according to company standards.
- Inspect items for defects or damages before packaging.
- Follow specific packing instructions for different types of products.
- Operate packing machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
- Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and procedures.
- Ability to use ERP system
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

REASONING ABILITY:
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Trouble shoots problems as they arise.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Work closely with other team members to meet production deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
English or Spanish
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High school graduates preferred.
- Preferred experience in production/ manufacturing environment
