Position Overview:

PART-TIME POSITON.

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Policy Escalation Admin to oversee complex policy research, corrections, and escalations while acting as a central compliance and process resource. This critical role ensures the accuracy, accessibility, and regulatory conformity of our title policies, endorsements, and related documentation. The ideal candidate will leverage strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills to resolve issues, streamline procedures, and maintain organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Policy Research & Resolution

  • Triage and manage policy escalation requests, following structured protocols for documentation, timely follow-up, and communication with affected stakeholders.
  • Investigate, locate, and reconstruct missing or lost title insurance policies and endorsements using production systems, public records databases, and archived files.
  • Lead the correction, issuance, and invoicing of policy endorsements and amendments, ensuring error-free documentation and compliant delivery.
  • Coordinate and process Home-Office-Issued (HOI) policies accurately in accordance with state and organizational guidelines.
  • Identify trends or root causes in recurring issues; recommend and help implement process enhancements.
  • Stay current on ALTA, RESPA, CFPB, and state-specific policy/endorsement forms and rating manuals

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years in title insurance policy production, lender services, or underwriting support; direct experience issuing or correcting lender policies and endorsements.
  • Technical: Proficiency with at least one major title production platform (SoftPro, ResWare, RamQuest) and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with ALTA and state-specific policy/endorsement forms, state-specific rating manuals, RESPA, and CFPB Closing Disclosure guidelines.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Paralegal Studies, or related field preferred.
  • Background: Must meet state licensing or appointment requirements where applicable; able to pass background check.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
