Pay: $14–$15/hr + Awesome Benefits!

What You’ll Do:
- Be the right hand to our Director – a true dynamic duo!
- Keep our school running smoothly & safely.
- Supervise awesome staff and inspire teamwork.
- Communicate with families – you're the friendly face they trust!
- Help implement fun, educational programs that kids love.
- Jump in when needed to transport children safely.
- Make sure records are neat, complete, and up-to-date.
What You Bring:
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid TX Driver’s License with a clean record
- 2–3 years experience in a licensed childcare setting (bonus if in admin!)
- CPR & First Aid certified
- Pass background check
- Able to work rotating shifts between 6AM–6PM, Mon–Fri
