This is a Full Time (80 hours per pay period) position with a Day Shift schedule from Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM, located at Scripps Green Hospital in Torrey Pines.

Join a caring team supporting Scripps Health as a Coordinator in the Gift Shop in Torrey Pines. You'll be on the front line for creating a positive Scripps Health experience for our patients while being responsible for duties such as the following:
Coordinate the business operations of the Scripps Gift Shop. Duties include but are not limited to merchandise selection, purchase, pricing, display and sales inventory assessment cash management volunteer staff education, training, compliance and scheduling consistent maintenance of safe, clean, professional store and backroom storage locations full compliance with audit, accounting bookkeeping standards and regulations. Works under the direct supervision of the Volunteer Services Manager. Collaborates closely with the Scripps Auxiliary Treasurer. The Scripps Gift Shop exists as a revenue producing resource for the Auxiliary of Scripps Memorial Hospital
Required Qualifications:
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
- Adaptable and able to handle large volumes of work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task and experience in a fast-paced environment.
