- Lead the performance review process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of performance reviews and evaluations and their translation to rewards.
- Maintain performance management policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Strategize and plan to expand the program to include hourly workforce.
- Introduce performance calibration across the organization and ensure effective change management throughout the implementation.
- Partner with HR to train managers and employees on performance management best practices, including goal setting, feedback and coaching, and performance review processes.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in setting SIMple goals, observing progress, and addressing performance issues.
- Collaborate with HR to develop strategies to enhance manager effectiveness as it pertains to managing performance.
- Drive the adoption of performance management tools and technology to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
- Partner with senior leadership to cascade organizational goals and objectives throughout the organization, ensuring alignment with individual and team performance goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on performance management matters, providing insights and recommendations to drive organizational performance and employee engagement.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement by regularly evaluating processes and incorporating feedback from partners.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in performance management, talent management, or related HR function.
- Strong understanding of performance management principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing talent management programs and initiatives in a complex organizational environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Ability to build solid relationships and influence partners at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in HRIS and performance management software.
