As a Lawn Care Specialist, you’ll be responsible for keeping landscapes healthy and attractive by applying treatments, diagnosing issues, and building strong customer relationships. If you enjoy working outdoors and being part of a supportive team, we want to hear from you.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM (or until daily route is complete)
   

Key Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides to lawns and trees using professional-grade equipment
   
• Safely drive company vehicles to customer properties (valid driver’s license required)
   
• Communicate with customers about treatments, recommendations, and additional services
   
• Spot lawn problems and provide effective solutions
   
• Maintain and operate lawn care equipment properly and safely
   
• Promote and upsell services when appropriate

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older
   
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
   
• Ability to obtain DOT Certification
   
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stay active outdoors in all weather
   
• Strong communication and time management skills
   
• Sales-minded with problem-solving abilities
   
• Must pass drug screening
   
• Team player with a positive attitude
