About the Role
As a Veterinary Client Service Representative, you will:
- Manage front desk operations and ensure smooth daily workflow
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments, answer phone inquiries, and handle client communications
- Process payments, explain treatment plans, and provide outstanding client support
- Work collaboratively with our medical team to deliver an excellent veterinary experience
This is a fast-paced veterinary clinic role, perfect for candidates who are compassionate, organized, and able to multitask while keeping client service a top priority.
What We're Looking For

- Professionalism and reliability
- Previous veterinary or medical receptionist experience is a plus (but not required!)
Schedule Requirements
Evening shifts until 8 PM and/or 11 PM
At least one weekend shift
