Description
This is a full-time, direct placement role at Patriot Fire Protection.
Patriot Fire Protection, Inc., a trusted leader in fire protection services for over 34 years, is seeking a
high-energy, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead, inspire, and grow our sales team. This is a critical
leadership role where you will not only drive the success of your team, but also personally contribute to
expanding our client base, strengthening relationships, and fueling company growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Training & Development – Provide leadership, inspiration, coaching, and mentorship to a team of fire protection sales professionals, fostering on-going product training and skills development to elevate performance.
• Drive Growth – Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals, expand
market presence and ensure consistent revenue growth.
• Personal Contribution – Actively generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking,
and relationship development while managing a personal sales pipeline.
• Client Engagement – Build and maintain long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor
and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Performance Management – Set sales goals, track performance metrics, and provide regular
reporting and analysis in collaboration with company leadership.
• Collaboration – Partner with leadership and other departments to strengthen company positioning,
support key initiatives and ensure seamless client service delivery.
• Market Representation – Serve as a brand ambassador for Patriot Fire Protection, representing our
values of integrity, passion, and commitment to life safety.

Requirements
• Minimum of 5+ years of proven success leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
• Fire protection industry experience strongly preferred, candidates with commercial service sales backgrounds will also be considered.
