At Community First Solutions, our care teams focus on the person—not just the task. As a Resident Assistant (STNA/CNA) you will provide direct, person-centered care to residents by assisting with daily activities that support their physical, emotional, and social well-being. From helping with personal care to offering companionship, you’ll play a vital role in fostering dignity, independence, and belonging for those we serve.
Locations
Schedules
- Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Opportunities
- Full-Time: 24 hours per week with every 3rd weekend rotation

Qualifications
- Active status on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry
- Currently enrolled in an STNA/CNA program and will start program or graduate within next 30 days
- Recently completed STNA/CNA training with a scheduled test within next 30 days
- Nursing student who has completed at least 1 term of clinicals (Ask us how to get certified!)
