Position Description

Supports the program director by performing administrative duties related to planning, directing and coordinating both the academic and operational activities of the program.

Major/Essential Functions

Assist the UFL Associate Director to coordinate the preparation and facilitation of programming and special
events for UFL. 
• 5th grade, middle school, and high school program implementation and 4-5 special events that include
2 week-long camps
Assist the UFL Associate Director to perform administrative duties as needed which include procurement card
receipts, Techbuy orders, etc. 
Assist the UFL Associate Director with programming and training of TTU student staff/volunteers. 
• TTU Student Ambassadors (internships and practicum students)-Leading professional development
workshops and weekly personal/leadership development sessions.
• Volunteer training during each semester and volunteer support.
