What does the role involve?
- Work through people related queries on the shared service helpdesk by providing a first class service while working to set SLAs
- Process new starter contracts and changes to colleagues terms and conditions by working closely with the Recruitment and Payroll teams
- Liaise with Payroll to ensure SLAs are met
- General People Team administration and support
- Undertake specific People Projects to work towards the ScS People Strategy
- Work collaboratively with the wider people team and colleagues in ScS to drive the RIGHT Values and Behaviours
Who are we looking for?
- HR admin experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The passion to deliver excellent service to our colleagues
- A real people person – the ability to build strong relationships with our colleagues
