Description

Job Summary 

The Processing Supervisor plays a pivotal role in managing criminal data processing operations, leveraging advanced web research and data processing techniques to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

This role collaborates across departments to drive operational excellence, ensure data accuracy, and uphold high standards of integrity and trust. By fostering a culture of accountability, trust and continuous improvement, the Processing Supervisor helps deliver timely, precise results that support our commitment to client satisfaction and industry compliance.

  

Qualifications


 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Improving the operational systems, fulfillment processes, and organizational policies in support of the overall mission 
  • Execute and drive operational strategies to help scale the business through process improvement and efficiencies. 
  • Work with leadership team to ensure customer expectations are being met. 
  • Identify, communicate, and manage operational problems such as quality issues, productivity/capacity issues, platform issues, court issues, etc.  
  • Supports successful implementation of both tactical and strategic initiatives. 
  • Assist the organization in meeting its statutory, regulatory, and contractual compliance obligations, including assisting with internal and external audits. 
  • Monitor volume and compare with monthly forecasts to determine needs with regards to labor and resources. 
  • Provide consistent, proactive feedback to organization and communicate successes and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Work to control costs while maximizing service to clients. 
  • Ensures that all teams are meeting their respective KPI’s, goals, and objectives. 
  • Ensures training is scheduled, completed and training modules are kept up with current procedures 
  • Will act as frontline hiring manager for their respective team, conducting interviews, making hiring decisions, and supporting the new employee onboarding process.  (TAKE out for their respective teams, they do this for any team).

  • Turnaround Time (TAT)
  • On-time Delivery
  • Cost Per Search/Cost Per Unit
  • Processing Downtime
  • Rate to Processing

 

Qualifications

 

Working Conditions

 

  • This position requires the incumbent to work indoors at a desk for extended periods of time and use of work station.
  • The person must be able to comprehend and follow work instructions in a fast-paced, team environment. 
  • This position requires the ability to interact with all levels within the organization and requires the ability to respond professionally to all individuals and work well as a team player.
  • This position may be required to work overtime on occasion to meet company objectives.
