Role Overview 
We are seeking a driven and connected Manager, Media Partnerships and Development to own and grow our media partner ecosystem. This role will be at the forefront of identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with premium media partners and vendors, ensuring that Site Impact maintains its competitive edge in an ever-evolving digital landscape. 

The ideal candidate will bring established media relationships, a strong understanding of digital media buying, a pipeline of viable partners ready to test, and a relentless drive to scale partnerships that deliver measurable results. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Partner Relationship Management 

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with new and existing media partners and vendors 

  • Serve as the primary liaison between media partners and the internal media buying team 

Pipeline Development and Optimization 

  • Source, create, and manage a robust pipeline of high-value media partners 

  • Negotiate partnership terms that align with business goals and performance benchmarks 

  • Stay current on emerging media opportunities and innovations 

Performance Communication and Optimization 

  • Share testing results, success metrics, and actionable insights with media partners 

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize campaigns for performance and return on investment 

Industry Engagement 

  • Represent Site Impact at conferences, trade shows, and networking events to source new opportunities and strengthen partner relationships 

  • Monitor competitive and industry trends to identify growth opportunities 

 

Qualifications 

  • 5 or more years in media partnerships, media buying, or digital advertising sales Established network of media partners and vendors (i.e. Meta, Google, Outbrain, Taboola, MGID, RevContent) 

  • Proven track record in sourcing and scaling high-performing media relationships 

  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising channels, buying models, and performance metrics 

  • Strong negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment 

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills 

  • Willingness to travel for conferences, partner meetings, and industry events, including prior attendance at Affiliate Summit in NYC or Las Vegas preferred.
