Position Summary
The Manager Quality Metrics Reporting RN is responsible to develop and implement the Quality Metrics Reporting program. This includes leading the organization’s efforts to develop, implement and organize the annual and multi-year plan to assure timely, accurate and comprehensive data reporting to internal partners and external customers/regulatory agencies. The Manager partners to implement tools and techniques that drive the use of ID-PDSA, accepted performance improvement methods and High Reliability Organization (HRO) principles and practices. Role models principles, practices and methods. Develops partnerships with operational partners. Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in health care field required
- Master’s degree in health care field preferred
- Current Registered Nurse License in Washington State or Multistate License Endorsement (MLS)
- Relevant certification in the specialty area required
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in a professional or technical role/function in a healthcare or related setting as applicable to specialty
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in a quality, performance improvement, or project/program management role
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a supervisor or lead capacity
- Previous experience with computerized information systems (email, MS Office including Excel, Epic, healthcare data and benchmarking systems, etc.)
- Previous experience with process improvement (lean or six sigma)
- Previous experience with managing the life cycle of large regulatory/quality data sets

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $144,144.00 - $199,056.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.Associated benefit information can be viewed here.
