Salary starting at $31/hour, commensurate with experience
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm

Field Service Coordinator Qualifications

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel; ability to learn ERP system

Field Service Coordinator Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls; coordinate time away to maintain coverage
- Build positive customer relations; greet customers and field employees with a positive attitude
- Gather accurate information regarding service requests
- Create work orders, confirm schedule, and schedule qualified technician
- Communicate with dispatchers when scheduling across teams
- Prioritize service requests
- Check weather daily; adjust schedule to ensure safety
- Schedule technicians via SamPro/DB Analytics boards (ERP system)
- Maintain up-to-date notes and manage Dispatch Board
- Create and receive POs
- Reconfirm technician arrival time and date with customers
- Manage technician schedules by planning efficient routes, monitoring progress, and providing support
- Ensure personnel update work orders; report repeat offenders
- Coordinate with other Field Coordinators to match technicians to job difficulty and skill level
- Assign PM work orders one month in advance; confirm PM appointments three days prior
- Plan PM labor 2 months ahead; roll over and prioritize late PMs
- Ensure coverage during planned absences; cover for sick/vacationing coordinators
- Collaborate with office team to promote efficiency
