What you will be doing

  • Coach SDRs on prospecting, messaging, cadence-building, and qualification.

  • Be accountable for outbound funnel performance from first touch to qualified opportunity, bringing the energy and clarity needed to hit team targets consistently.

  • Lead weekly standups, host 1:1s, monitor metrics, and help shape outbound strategy with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps.

  • Lead by example with hands-on coaching and occasional personal outbound contributions to model excellence.

  • Apply a strong understanding of backend data systems that power outbound, including lead routing, enrichment, scoring, and attribution, partnering with RevOps to improve them.

  • You’ve walked the walk as an SDR and outbound leader, and now you’re ready to help others do the same.

Where you will be working

This is a hybrid role based in Austin, Texas. You will work three days a week from our super cool, dog-friendly Downtown Austin office with 24/7 parking included!

You should join us if

  • You have at least 1 year of experience leading SDRs.

  • You have a proven track record of success as an SDR in a SaaS company.

  • You’re an inspiring, high-energy leader who thrives on developing others.

  • You love coaching on calls, on emails, on strategy, and seeing people grow.

  • You’re comfortable holding teams accountable while also supporting them to succeed.

  • You understand outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and qualification, both strategically and tactically.

  • You’re data-driven and use metrics to drive performance.

  • You have a strong understanding of backend data systems that support outbound, and you can partner with RevOps to improve them.

  • You’ve used tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • You’re excited to build processes, challenge the status quo, and raise the bar every day.

  • You shy away from coaching or giving direct feedback.

  • You prefer maintaining instead of building.

  • You avoid conversations about targets, quotas, and performance.
