ENT Physician Opportunity - Transform ENT Care in Eastern Oregon

Good Shepherd Health Care System (GSHCS) is seeking a passionate and driven ENT (Otolaryngology) Physician to join our growing, independent health system. This is a unique opportunity to further develop a high-quality ENT program in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Base Salary: $500,000 – $600,000 (negotiable based on experience)

Position Overview

This full-time role offers an outstanding opportunity to:

  • Further develop a comprehensive ENT service line

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care

  • Practice in modern, well-equipped clinic and surgical environments


 

Qualifications

Required:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology

  • Active, unrestricted Oregon medical license (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Active, unrestricted DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
