The opportunity ✨

As Commercial Partnership Executive you will be a part of the IAG Loyalty Commercial team that drives customer proposition and products with our network of partners. This role is key in delivering success to our partnerships, driving efficiencies and executing industry leading campaigns to time and to budget.

You will support the Partnership Manager to act as principle IAG Loyalty contact/ambassador and internal partner champion for a number of our Consumer Partnerships.

What you’ll get up to 🌠

  • Driving customer acquisition and engagement through developing, supporting and executing leading customer propositions and marketing activity.

  • Focusing on areas of the partnership where largest value creation is possible, driving product and Partnership improvements.

  • Supporting with customer queries and identify areas where we can make improvements to our processes to improve the customer journey.

  • Working collaboratively to develop and promote sustainable and scalable products, re-using technical or propositional solutions.

  • Managing customer queries and identifying areas where we can make improvements to our processes to improve the customer journey.

  • Supporting the Partnership manager with managing external Partners, organising QBRs and meetings.

  • Gathering data and identifying key trends - using this information to put forward creative ideas to grow our Partnerships.

 

What we need from you 💡

The successful candidate will have a passion for customer loyalty as well as being;

 

A passionate and engaging communicator:

  • Able to build strong relationships and influence diverse audiences, both internally and externally.

  • Effectively work across departments on multiple projects at one time with the ability to adopt an agile way of working.

  • Be a strong individual contributor and thrive where collaboration is fostered and value to drive the best outcome.

 

Commercially astute:

  • Be driven by reaching targets and understanding how tactical and strategic decisions are made to reach those targets.

  • Able to build an understanding and adhere to contractual commitments and partnership ways of working.

  • Experience within a commercial role is desired but not mandatory.

 

Outcome driven:

  • Able to demonstrate successes and achievements relating to commercial partnerships.

  • High attention to detail to ensure successful delivery of project work.

  • Be highly organised and able to keep track of meetings, tasks and projects.

  • Contribute to the successful delivery of key partnership developments.

 

Analytical and innovative:

  • Able to digest data and customer insights and apply this to all decision making.

  • Understanding of trends, risks and customer behaviours and confidently communicate this. 

  • Curious about innovations in the industry, knowledgeable about the competition and can craft propositions and solutions to reflect this.

  • Proactively adapts and learns new skills to reflect the changing needs of our customer and our business.
