About you:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 10+ years' experience as an Electrical Engineer, with a proven track record of leading complex projects
- Extensive knowledge of electrical design, analysis and testing and verification techniques
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working in the aerospace or defence industry is highly desirable
- Ability to obtain the necessary security clearances

Your responsibilities will include:
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the design, development and implementation of electrical systems and components
- Lead a team of electrical engineers to ensure projects design meets the customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into larger system architectures
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to more junior members of the engineering team
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality and regulatory requirements
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
