We are looking for someone with:
- Significant experience in complex diary and inbox management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to engage at all levels
- Proven ability to prioritise time-sensitive assignments and manage competing demands
- A proactive, resilient, and flexible approach to work
- Strong administration and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail
- A friendly, positive attitude and the ability to build strong working relationships
- Experience within defence/secure working environments (highly regarded)
- Availability via LMA-issued mobile phone during business hours, with limited out-of-hours support as required

Your responsibilities will include:
You will be responsible for:
- Complex diary and inbox management, ensuring leaders’ time and priorities are effectively coordinated
- Scheduling meetings with clear context and purpose, and taking accurate meeting minutes/action points
- Coordinating workflow, tracking tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Organising national and international travel, including expense reconciliation
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, government, defence, and industry partners in a professional manner
- Coordinating and participating in customer and VIP visits
