Print & Communications Coordinator
- $81,617.00 per annum + 12% superannuation (pro-rata)
- Part time (0.6 FTE – Monday, Wednesday, Friday), fixed term opportunity until 16/09/2026

About the opportunity
Reporting to the Manager Brand and Design, in the Marketing division, this hands-on administrative and communications support role manages the briefing, design and distribution of hardcopy and online WorkSafe branded publications (including: guidance, forms, stationary and other communications collateral) for key business stakeholders and the general public.
Key accountabilities
- Work independently with limited direction to coordinate the design, printing and distribution functions with WorkSafe’s publications/stationary/forms.
- Contribute expertise in the collaboration with WorkSafe internal clients to help produce WorkSafe communications and/or marketing materials, including Guidance, publication re-prints, form design and re-prints.
- Coordination of the contract, fee scheduling and relationships of key suppliers that specialise in design, print production, display and distribution.
- Coordinate the internal distribution of stock items, and ensure that warehouse inventory stock levels are efficiently maintained at all times. Coordinate the print, stock levels and fulfilment of stationery orders and business cards for internal clients including the production of licensing collateral.
- Coordinate processing of agreements and payment of invoices.
- Ensure WorkSafe print policy is adhered to through publication ordering.
- Ensure that all publications and collateral reflect WorkSafe brand guidelines and visual identity standards.

You are experienced in marketing and or communications administration with outstanding client liaison skills. You have great attention to detail, strong time management skills and a demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines. You are a team oriented person who enjoys delivering and making an impact on your team and stakeholders.
Additionally, you will possess the following skills and experience:
- Numerical and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal communications skills
- An ability to problem solve and resolve issues
- Experience in print production, inventory management (desired)
- Experience working with brand style guidelines (desired)
