The Service

KU Village Green Children's Centre, is a thriving 47 place long day care service located in Bella Vista. The service looks out onto extensive parklands and we conduct routine excursions and community walks to enable children to explore natural environments and feel connected to the local community. KU Village Green specialise in relationships and attachment and believe strong, secure and consistent relationships equip children with a sense of belonging, purpose and self-worth. We are proud of their reputation within the local community and of providing rich education and care that concentrates on individual children in a family-focused and supportive way. 

The Role

We want you to be as passionate about early childhood education and as committed to achieving positive outcomes as we are. This is a perfect opportunity to join the team on Thursday's + Fridays 8 hours each day. You would also gain access to additional hours if desired through our close knit KUCas pool.

Of course, you will need:

  • Australian working rights
  • A current NSW Working with Children Check
  • An ACECQA recognised Diploma
  • Completed training in Child Protection
  • Current First Aid, CPR Certificates
  • Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011)
  • Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF)
