We’re seeking applications from experienced Quality and Compliance professionals, preferably with a health background for a Quality Compliance & Innovation Partner opportunity in our wider care and governance team..
A relationship-driven role, the Quality, Compliance & Innovation Partner is responsible for quality, compliance, risk and innovation across the cluster. This role is accountable for building the capability of cluster leaders to ensure an effective governance and quality framework, the provision of high-quality care and continuous improvement. The role is expected to partner with the General Managers to drive group quality, compliance and innovation across services.

As an experienced quality professional, your experience will equip you to drive innovation reflective of contemporary quality and care governance best practices.
A strong verbal and written communicator, you are skilled in establishing effective working relationships centred on building leader’s capability through partnership. Highly-competent in reporting, you have a proven ability to dissect problems and conduct root-cause analysis to determine key drivers, mitigate risk, and implement solutions accordingly.
With an in depth knowledge of the aim and expectations of the Single Quality Framework and Aged Care Safety Commission, your skills have enabled you to navigate the complexities of current and emerging Aged Care Legislation, driving innovations across multiple services accordingly. You will also present with:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Nursing/Health discipline or equivalent experience in high level service delivery and quality.
Current AHPRA or professional body registration is highly desirable
Relevant Post Graduate qualifications or working towards.
Current Australian Driver’s License
