The successful candidate will be an integral part of the TELUS Health team, participating in and driving activities that lead to growth across our Employer Health business. This role also works closely with leaders and teams across Account Management, Marketing, Communications, Operations, Finance and others to ensure that campaigns are successfully executed in line with our strategy.
What You'll Do
- Drive comprehensive pipeline development and quota coverage management to ensure predictable revenue growth, collaborating with Sales Operations teams to maintain strong pipeline coverage that consistently delivers $1M+ annual quotas and supports TELUS Health direct B2B market expansion goals
- Winning new business directly through direct sales approaches, participating in RFPs, and extending existing account relationships into new geographies
- Build strategic relationships with C-suite decision-makers to influence organisational wellbeing strategy, partnering with Industry Specialists to affirm TELUS Health position as a global leader and secure long-term enterprise partnerships that drive sustainable revenue growth
- Presenting at major industry conferences, client events and finalist presentations
- Sell integrated wellbeing solutions directly to enterprise clients to address critical organisational health challenges, collaborating with Product Marketing and Clinical teams to demonstrate measurable ROI that justifies investment in comprehensive employee wellbeing programs
- Participating in regular Quarterly Business Reviews to validate strategy
What You Bring
5+ years selling business value-driven software solutions with consistent achievement of $1M+ annual quotas
Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, or customer-focused discipline (desirable)
Proven track record in multinational B2B sales with multiple stakeholders and complex procurement processes, preferably in government, HR consulting, or employee benefits sectors
Western Australian market knowledge and established local business network with proven B2B sales experience
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in fast-paced, client-driven global environments with strong attention to detail
Ability to work effectively within matrixed, performance-based organisations while delivering results
Innovative approach with growth mentality, competitive spirit, and strong will to win in challenging markets
Strong presentation and consultative sales skills, advanced negotiation abilities, exceptional commercial acumen, and outstanding interpersonal communication skills for C-suite engagement
Exceptional commercial understanding with advanced negotiation skills, ability to structure complex deals, and experience presenting to enterprise buyers and procurement teams
High degree of professionalism, organisational intelligence, and professional maturity with innovative, entrepreneurial approach and strong competitive drive to succeed
Great-to-Haves
Healthcare/wellbeing technology sales experience with clinical outcomes knowledge
Recognised sales methodology certification, demonstrating commitment to sales excellence
