Role Summary

Wolfe is looking for a Sr. Creative Designer to drive the delivery of our brand and marketing visuals with a high level of creativity, expertise, and strategic thinking. This role is responsible for designing compelling, high-impact visual assets that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. As a key contributor, you will work on significant design initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally to elevate and deliver Wolfe’s marketing presence for our consumer business unit. You may also provide guidance to external creative partners. 

At Wolfe, our mission is to deliver high-quality digital and physical gifts that empower people to express love and connection in meaningful ways. As a Creative Designer, you will play a key role in visually communicating this mission through marketing design, branding, and video content. 

This role requires in-office attendance five days a week in Pittsburgh, PA.  

Your Success will be measured by

Success in this role will help us reach our goal to be one of the largest gift related ecommerce sites on the internet with a possible IPO in 3 years.  Right now, we are approaching $600m in revenue and your visuals will be seen by millions of people.  Your role is very important.  Your activity will be measured by key performance metrics. As a Senior Creative Designer, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand and creative output across channels. Success in this role will be measured by, but not limited to, the following outcomes within your first 12 months:

1. Lead Creative for Consumer Campaigns

  • Drive ~30 monthly projects from concept to execution across digital, print, and video. 
  • KPIs: CTR, Engagement, Revenue, ROAS 

2. Streamline Design Systems & Workflows 

  • Implement scalable tools/templates to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time. 
  • KPIs: Time-to-delivery, Project throughput 

3. Communicate Creative Direction Clearly 

  • Present concepts to leadership and cross-functional teams for alignment and approvals. 
  • KPIs: Approval rate, Feedback scores 

4. Support Product & Feature Launches 

  • Collaborate with Product and UX to craft compelling visual narratives. 
  • KPIs: Product CTR, Traffic, Feature adoption 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in visual design, motion graphics, and video editing, with a strong portfolio across branding, marketing, and digital/video content 
  • Proficient in Figma (including design systems), Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, animation, and AI tools like Midjourney
  • Skilled in print design, typography, layout, color theory, and storytelling for both digital and physical formats 
  • Proven ability to lead strategy and execution of integrated visual campaigns across product, brand, and marketing 
  • Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills, able to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments 

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative direction and execution for Consumer Products, including digital, social, print and presentations 
  • Develop video and motion content for campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling, ensuring high-quality, on-brand output 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and tech teams to align creative with strategic goals 
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and drive innovation through trend awareness and evolving best practices 
  • Establish efficient, scalable design and video workflows to support ongoing content production
