What You’ll Do

Requirements
- Customer Support Superstar: At least 1 year of proven experience in a customer support role where you’ve made a difference.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong computer skills required; comfortable navigating multiple systems (Microsoft Teams, GoTo, QuickBooks, Paylocity, etc.). QuickBooks experience is a bonus.
- Foodie Knowledge: Previous experience in food service or catering? That’s a plus!
- Exceptional Communicator: Strong phone and verbal communication skills, paired with active listening to connect with customers effortlessly.
- Customer-Centric: Adaptable to different personality types; you make every customer feel valued and understood.
- Detail-Oriented & Accurate: You catch the small stuff before it becomes big stuff.
- Master Multitasker: Skilled at juggling calls, messages, and systems while staying organized and on track.
