General Summary
Under the supervision of the Lobby Service Manager and in compliance with established policies and procedures, performs a variety of customer services including but not limited to teller and sales activities. Answers questions from existing customers, prospective customers and branch staff concerning products and/or services provided by the bank.
Essential Functions:
· Receives and processes deposits.
· Receives and processes loan payments.
· Cashes checks and other negotiable instruments for clients.
· Verifies endorsements and negotiability of documents.
· Processes transfers between accounts.
· Issues Cashier Checks, Loan Checks and Temporary Checks.
· Performs night drop functions as assigned.
· Responsible for the processing of the Savings Bonds and that they are completed accurately.
· Accept Stop Payments, Wires, Change of Address requests.
· Assist customers with Online Banking and Mobile Banking Inquires.
· Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of Reg CC Holds.
· Responsible for completing Cash Transaction Reports and $3,000 Log accurately and according to regulation and current laws.
· Verifies and balances cash daily.
· Responsible for monitoring cash levels and balancing cash.
· Ensure that all proof documents are correct and arrive within established time limits.
· Maintain and build new banking relationships
· Ensures that client requests and inquires are resolved in a professional manner.
· Assist clients with debit cards, and credit card inquiries.
· Knowledgeable of all technology utilized as related to the areas of responsibility.
· Follow through on established Training Curriculum.
· Maintains privacy of customer information.
· Cross sells Banks products and services.
· Other duties as assigned.
