Location: Kingman, Arizona | Employment: Full-time | Salary: $115k–$175k based on experience + Discretionary Bonus
Flagstaff Bone & Joint is seeking a skilled NP or PA to join our Kingman office. We’re looking for clinicians who already call Kingman home—or are ready to make it their long-term community—to provide comprehensive orthopaedic care in a small-town setting.

- Work alongside experienced orthopaedic NPs and our physician team
- Provide care for a broad range of orthopaedic patients, including those with:
- Total joint replacements (hip, knee, shoulder)
- Spine conditions (acute injuries, chronic back/neck pain)
- Sports medicine injuries
- Upper extremity injuries (hand, wrist, elbow)
- Lower extremity injuries (foot, ankle, knee, hip)
- Fractures, soft tissue injuries, osteoarthritis, and general orthopaedic conditions
- Provide pre- and post-operative care, patient education, and conservative treatment plans
- Flagstaff physicians regularly visit the Kingman office to evaluate and work up patients requiring advanced care beyond what the NP/PA team can manage in the clinic

Requirements
- NP or PA licensed in Arizona (orthopaedic experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate)
- Strong diagnostic, clinical, and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of orthopaedic injuries, treatments, and Arizona healthcare regulations
