Administrative Site Lead Job Duties Include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the front desk staff
  • Oversees the day-to-day operations of the site, managing staff, and ensuring that the site is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Daily supervision of front desk staff to include accurate recording of patient information and collection of patient co-payments and fees.
  • Manage staff schedules and coverage for the site.
  • Will manage Paylocity for all employees supervised
  • Share leadership role in weekly treatment team meetings
  • Reports all monthly reconciled charges/receivables, and deposited monies and any potential discrepancies to the finance department.
  • Responsible for accurate capture of medical patient UDS demographics
  • Will work with the Regional Director, Medical Site Lead and the Call Center to ensure provider productivity goals are met.
  • Works with COO, QI Director and CFO for ordering supplies, risk management and assessments of buildings, cleaning and parking lot.
  • Communicates with providers and staff to share information pertaining to updates/changes to general practice and operations.
  • Develop and sustain a high-quality well motivated team
  • The Site Lead should be available to step into the front desk role when necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in a medical office setting, with

three to five years of supervisory experience preferred. The ideal candidate should have at least

an Associate Degree in Business or a related field. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
