Job Overview:
As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing delicious meals that delight our guests. You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure consistent food quality, efficient kitchen operations, and adherence to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts, according to recipes and standards.
· Ensure that all food is of the highest quality and meets our strict standards.
· Follow recipes and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and accuracy.
· Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.
· Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
· Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
· Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
· Assist with special events and catering as needed.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant or hotel kitchen preferred.
· Strong culinary skills, including knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients.
· Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills.
· Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
· Food Handler's Certification required.
