Country Store Clerk bei Cooper Farms

A commitment to teamwork and quality has made us one of the top turkey, hog and egg companies in the U.S. and awarded the company and its team an excellent reputation.  Our Oakwood Division in Paulding County, Ohio, breeds hogs and turkeys while providing the best care to our animals in a small team setting. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a full time Country Store Clerk to join our team in Oakwood. 

SHIFT HOURS: 30 hours a week minimum Monday through Friday anywhere from 8:00am-6:00pm

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $16.80 with the potential of increasing to $17.05 after 90 days

ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

Job functions include:

• Serve all customers in a friendly, positive manner
• Maintain a clean, food safe environment
• Assist in opening and closing of the store
• Assist store manager in creating specials that attract customers and provide ideas to increase sales
