RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
- Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
- Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
- Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
- Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
- Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
- Prepares paperwork, contracts, and delivers deals
- Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts
- Be a leader & provide focus for your Sales team
- Work directly with our Team Members and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Maintain CSI at or above company standards
- Build rapport with customers to establish a strong customer network
- Provide support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
- Manage productivity of the sales department
- Maintain good working relationship with the manufacturer and lending institutions
- Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth
QUALIFICATIONS
- Two or more years of automotive finance and/or sales manager experience
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
- Proven record of product sales and finance penetration
- Strong relationships with lending institutions with references
- PA Notary license a plus
- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills
