Join Our Team as a Body Shop Estimator!

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for the automotive industry? We're looking for an experienced and motivated Body Shop Estimator to join our busy team. If you have a solid understanding of collision repair processes and a knack for providing accurate estimates, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to assess all damages, both      visible and hidden.
• Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates using estimating software (e.g.,      CCC One).
• Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and      technicians.
• Review and negotiate estimates with insurance companies to ensure      proper and complete repairs.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing      exceptional service and clear explanations of the repair process.
• Monitor the repair process to ensure work is completed on      time and within budget.
• Stay up-to-date on new vehicle technologies and repair methods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Body Shop Estimator or a similar role.
• Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., CCC One).
• Strong knowledge of vehicle construction, repair techniques, and parts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer      service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• I-CAR or ASE certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
