General Summary:

This is an experienced position involving warehouse management and production assembly. The role includes cutting bulk hose materials to size, assembling fittings and couplings, organizing parts, and assisting with warehouse management functions such as hiring, enforcing company policies, approving time off, inventory control, and more.

 

 

Essential Functions:

 

  • Interviewing and hiring new employees while coordinating with the Human Resources department located in Oregon.
  • Enforcing and implementing company policies.
  • Monitor the progress of all departments ensuring deadlines are being met.
  • Assemble and cut metal hoses.
  • Install metal braid over hose tubing.
  • Fit and couple components to hoses ranging from ¼” to 12” diameter (hoses may be heavy due to materials used).
  • Pull parts and perform basic metal hose assembly.
  • Open boxes, crates, and containers.
  • Organize warehouse and work area for safety, cleanliness, and orderliness.
  • Manage storage of incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
  • Maintain shipping and receiving processes, including labeling, packing, and staging orders.
  • Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
  • Assist with facility maintenance tasks as assigned.
  • Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Four years or more of related experience and/or training preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Experience:

Four or more years of experience in a warehouse or production management environment is preferred.

Supervision Received:

Receives direct supervision daily from supervisors and/or management. Goals and procedures are outlined clearly for all assignments.

Rate of Pay:

_$24 to $27hr._______
