Your Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford vehicles in line with Ford factory standards.
Deliver high-quality work efficiently and with attention to detail.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Collaborate with fellow technicians and service advisors to meet customer expectations and department goals.
Provide transparent, friendly communication with customers when discussing repairs and maintenance.
What We're Looking For:
Certified Ford Technician (Required)
3+ years of experience as an automotive technician, specifically with Ford vehicles
Advanced diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair capabilities
ASE certification is a plus
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Team-player mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
