Audio-Visual Engineer – Conference Room Systems Expert

Do you have deep experience designing, supporting, and troubleshooting conference room AV systems in a corporate setting? CSC is looking for an Audio-Visual (AV) Engineer who excels in enterprise conference room environments, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco conferencing, and hybrid meeting solutions.
This is a hands-on technical role on our dynamic Unified Communications team, where you'll be central to managing AV infrastructure for meeting rooms, broadcast environments, and corporate events.

What You’ll Do:
Conference Rooms, AV Systems & Collaboration Platforms
- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade conference room systems and collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco, Poly, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and support in-room AV setups: microphones, cameras, control systems, projectors, and displays.
- Review AV system designs (CAD drawings, elevations, viewing angles, etc.) and manage vendor installations.
Media Production & Live Events
- Operate and manage AV workflows for live-streamed corporate events, webinars, and internal broadcasts.
- Work with tools like vMix, Wirecast, StudioBinder, and professional AV hardware for high-quality media production.
AV Support & Documentation
- Provide onsite support and troubleshooting for conference rooms and broadcast setups across campus
- Develop AV SOPs, support guides, and configuration documentation.
What You Bring:
Required skills:
- Proven experience managing AV conference room systems in corporate environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across AV hardware, software, and networking.
- Knowledge of collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco conferencing, Poly CVI).
- Experience with AV production hardware: cameras, encoders, mixers, lighting, audio.
Preferred skills:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms (highly preferred).
- Familiarity with AV broadcast tools like vMix, Wirecast, StudioBinder.
- Certifications from AV and collaboration leaders (Crestron, Cisco, Microsoft, AVIXA/CTS).
