About the Role
We’re looking for a Support Specialist to join our remote team and be the friendly face (or voice) that helps our users get the most out of our technology. You’ll help troubleshoot technical issues, guide customers through setup or usage questions, and work with our internal teams to make sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a fully remote position, and we’re offering $29/hour.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Help users troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via email, chat, or video
- Log and track support tickets, keeping users updated throughout the process
- Work closely with our engineers when a problem needs to be escalated
- Create or update help documentation for common issues
- Provide light internal IT support when needed
- Keep things professional, patient, and user-friendly
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in a support, help desk, or customer-facing tech role
- Great communication skills—you can break down tech speak into everyday language
- Comfortable troubleshooting software, basic hardware, and connectivity issues
- Experience using ticketing systems like Zendesk, Jira, or Freshdesk
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Friendly, empathetic, and solution-focused
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with wireless or communication systems
- Experience with remote desktop tools (like TeamViewer or AnyDesk)
- Some basic command-line or scripting knowledge
