Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Associate to join our esteemed team at the Cary Leeds Center located in The Bronx. As the face of our organization, this pivotal role ensures exceptional customer service for all guests, both in-person and virtually, while maintaining seamless daily operations within the center. The ideal candidate will embody a commitment to excellence in hospitality, consistently delivering courteous, efficient, and friendly service. Reporting directly to the Director of Business Operations, this position plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience for our patrons.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service in a courteous, efficient, friendly and professional manner and respond to all guests inquires.
• Must be able to process payments. Properly account for financial transactions during shift and monitor and reconcile daily court sheet.
• Be knowledgeable of and able to maintain and enforce all club policies and procedures.
• Must be able to utilize the CLC Automation system to schedule club activities for customers, maintain contact information and maintain rosters and programming activities.
• Responsible for performing front office functions including telephone activities, appointment scheduling, etc.
• Professionally execute other related duties and hoc administrative tasks as requested by management.
Required Skills/Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent (associates degree or higher preferred).
• Flexibility with shifts during the week and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary:
$18 - $21 per hour
