We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our team, playing a pivotal role in expanding our network and driving the success of our clinics.
Position Overview:
The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and acquiring primary care and specialty care clinics to expand Nuwell Management Group’s portfolio. This role will involve negotiating purchase agreements, building relationships with key stakeholders in the medical community, and fostering partnerships that drive patient traffic to Epic Health’s clinics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the medical field, with a proven track record in medical acquisitions and a deep network of industry contacts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinic Acquisition:
- Identify and evaluate potential primary and specialty care clinics for acquisition.
- Lead negotiations and coordinate with legal and financial teams to finalize purchase agreements.
- Develop and execute strategies for successful clinic integration post-acquisition.
- Partnership Development:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key influencers in the medical community, including physicians, medical groups, and healthcare networks.
- Collaborate with partners to drive patient referrals and increase traffic to Epic Health clinics.
- Work closely with insurance providers to build partnerships that are mutually beneficial, enhancing the value proposition for our clinics.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential acquisition targets.
- Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
- Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clinic owners, medical professionals, and other stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
- Act as a liaison between Nuwell Management Group, potential acquisition targets, and Epic Health’s operational teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical sales, business development, or related roles within the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated success in medical acquisitions or similar transactions is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and deal-making skills with a proven ability to close complex transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable plans.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in primary and specialty care.
- Established network of contacts within the medical community, including physicians, clinic owners, and insurance providers.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in healthcare management is a plus.
