Devereux has an exciting opportunity to be a BCBA Contractor within our Educational Services Division.
This is an Independent Contractor position in an alternative school setting located in Aston, PA
Competative Compensation from $75-90/hr DOE
As an Independent Contractor role at Devereux:

Duties include:
- Providing support to students with intensive behaviors/emotional support needs.
- Conducting FBAs, developing PBSPs, supervising RBTs, training staff to implement plans.
- Collaboration with a team of BCBAs, behavioral health practitioners, and educators with a track record of providing high quality services and presenting at regional and national conferences.
- Opportunities to work with school leadership to develop and implement school-wide systems for social and emotional learning.

- Master’s degree from an accredited, behaviorally-focused program in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- BCBA certification
- Candidates who have completed all fieldwork supervision hours and are scheduled to take the BCBA exam are also encouraged to apply
- Experience delivering direct behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorders or behavioral challenges
- At least one year of experience consulting or working within a public school setting is preferred
- Willingness to travel as part of the role.
