Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for building relationships, growing business, and driving success? BNC National Bank is seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Watford City branch. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing daily branch operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and growing our presence in the community.
- Originate, process, and underwrite consumer loans while maintaining a strong and balanced portfolio.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of highly qualified banking professionals.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drive business development by expanding the branch’s customer base and enhancing BNC’s visibility in the community.
- Create and execute sales plans and goals for prospect development, referrals and fee income volume, new accounts, and deposit growth.
- Promote and sell BNC’s full suite of products and services.
- Oversee all branch operations and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Provide referrals to other departments to meet customers’ comprehensive financial needs.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Actively participate in professional organizations and community initiatives to represent BNC.
- Proven leadership experience in banking or financial services.
- Strong lending background with expertise in consumer loan origination and underwriting.
- Exceptional relationship-building and business development skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff.
- Strategic mindset with strong sales planning and goal-setting skills.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Community-oriented, with a passion for networking and representing BNC’s brand.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Prefer post-secondary education with a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- This position requires the incumbent to register through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) and complete all assigned SAFE Act training.
