Boeing Intelligence and Analytics is looking for a Intelligence Trainer to join a dynamic team supporting the Army OSINT Office.
As a member of the team, you will serves as a dedicated trainer for applications that support the Intelligence Community. Candidates must be able to adapt in an exciting, dynamic operational environment while maintaining relationships with stakeholders and customers. Some duties will require you to:
- Work directly with the Intelligence Analysts focusing on problem sets at the tactical and strategic levels and conducting intelligence analysis.
- Apply a thorough understanding of data integration and visualization to support the operations/intelligence fusion process.
- Apply techniques and methodologies to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of organizations of interest, identify trends and patterns detected in data experiments, highlight their relationships to networks.
- Provide formal system introductory training for customer personnel in a classroom setting as well as all required desk-side assistance and advanced training.
- Assist with Knowledge Management of the Program through workflow and methodology management.
- Work closely with teams on developing analytics to shape the strategic use of the system in day-to-day operations.
- Work closely with the systems technical team to ensure customer requirements are clearly described.
- Work closely with other mission managers as well as customer program managers to ensure clear lines of communications and expectations.
- Tool testing, and the discovery, aggregation, and visualization of disparate data sources.
- Assist in data discovery, manipulation, and visualization.
- Create and maintain training tools across different controlled networks.
- Provide support to senior trainer.

Experience and Qualifications:
To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:
Required Education and Years of Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience providing services similar in required tasks, scope, and complexity.
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS with SCI eligibility
- Demonstrated proficiency in the analytic employment of IC query tools.
- Initiative to work independently with minimal guidance to identify requirements, complete essential tasks, and represent client’s interest to a larger enterprise.
- Demonstrated proficiency in formal, classroom training of analytic tools as well as small group and desk-side analytic mentor training sessions.
- Have a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence.
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing, keep accurate and up-to-date administrative records and project and maintain active training records.
- Ability to perform structural and functional software testing for new analytic systems and provide operations and maintenance feedback to the developer and network engineers for both production and developmental software.
- Ability to collect end-user feedback for production systems in both training and operational environments and deliver feedback to the leadership and development teams.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Utilize advanced techniques and methodologies to assess the capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted organizations. Identify and analyze trends, patterns, and their connections within data experiments, particularly in relation to networks.
- Contribute to the Knowledge Management of the Program by overseeing workflow and methodology management, ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place.
- Proficiently handle data discovery, manipulation, and visualization tasks, enhancing the Program's ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Foster strong collaboration with mission managers and customer program managers, ensuring open and effective lines of communication and setting clear expectations for project deliverables and outcomes.
- Fifteen years of experience in direct support of Army, DoD, and the Intelligence Community.
- Experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing the contractor’s proposed methodologies and approach for a project or program similar in scope and complexity to this TO in a Defense acquisition environment.
