Salary: $65k Base + commission

What You’ll Do:
- Meet with homeowners and small businesses (in person and by phone), build trust, and guide them to the right solution.
- Conduct site surveys and design systems for wired and wireless alarm installations; recommend cameras and basic access control where appropriate.
- Create accurate scopes of work: device counts, materials, and realistic labor-hour estimates.
- Produce professional proposals and pricing using WeSuite quoting software.
- Manage follow-ups and pipeline diligently to close business; upselling add-ons (cameras, monitoring, smart features).
- Coordinate a clean handoff to operations and stay engaged through install for a great customer experience.
- Proactive network (builders, realtors, property managers, referrals) to generate additional opportunities
What You’ll Need:
- High School or Equivalent.
- Experience selling residential/light commercial security systems or a strong technical background moving into sales.
- Working knowledge of hardwired and wireless alarm systems; ability to read floor plans and talk through device placement.
- Confidence estimating labor hours and materials, and writing clear, accurate scopes.
- Ability to build quotes in WeSuite (or similar quoting tools).
- Personable, professional communicator—comfortable face-to-face and on the phone; proven upselling and consultative approach.
- Attention to detail and strong follow-up habits.
- Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided).
- Experience with IP/CCTV cameras (NVRs, PoE) and access control. (desired but not required)
- Familiarity with alarm monitoring services and basic networking concepts. (desired but not required)
