JOB SUMMARY
The Project Manager to act as primary point of contact for cross-functional KMM projects. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall performance of projects they are assigned. The purpose of this position is to plan, execute, and deliver project results.
The Project Manager leads cross-functional teams to accomplish KMMs business goals and objectives, oversees and documents all aspects of the specific projects they are working on.
The Project Manager promotes an attitude of excellence that satisfies internal and external stakeholders and has the ability to decrease non-value activities, utilizing innovative ideas to implement value added solutions into practices and processes. The Project Manager will have the ability to align their daily work with KMMs strategy and goals and use the Lean Practical Problem Solving Process, immediately, when a problem is recognized.
The Project Manager will work closely with KMMs leadership to ensure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule and within budget. They will work as the main point of contact to define project requirements, budgets, and schedules in order to successfully execute projects.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
 Lead cross-functional project teams and manage the full project life cycle including requirements gathering, creation of project plans and schedules, obtaining and managing resources, managing budget, and facilitating project execution, deployment, and closure.
 Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists, and risk management plans.
 Develop and execute resource plans, communication plans, as well as define and execute risk management plans.
 Monitor the creation of all project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards including design documents, test plans, training materials, and operations documentation.
 Closely track project life cycle and organize regular updates with management on initiative progress.
 Proven ability to remove barriers that may affect timely project delivery. Has created, assessed and implemented risk mitigation plans to resolve negative impact to projects.
 Provide an objective perspective on progress, priorities and directions while managing expectations.
 Negotiate with project stakeholders to identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
 Coordinate cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and KMMs objectives.
 Manage changes against project schedule, scope and cost, as well as lead the assessment of impact on the larger portfolio of projects.
 Ability to implement Lean and continuous improvement processes,
