Pinewood.AI is seeking a proactive and adaptable Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role plays a pivotal part in driving our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract and hire high-quality candidates across software development, product, business, and commercial roles. You’ll also support new recruitment initiatives in North America, South Africa, Europe, and other geographies as we continue our global expansion.

You’ll also contribute to key People projects, internal mobility, and succession planning, ensuring our recruitment strategies align with Pinewood’s wider business goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role creation to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Specialise in recruiting for a diverse range of software development, product, business and commercial roles, applying a tailored approach to understanding the unique skills, qualifications, and requirements for each position. This includes the ability to adapt quickly to new and evolving roles, leveraging creative and innovative recruitment strategies to meet the needs of the business.
- Liaise with hiring leaders across the business to ensure that clear job briefs have been taken and understand requirements from a candidate perspective.
- Be an expert in direct sourcing and proactively create, build, and maintain talent communities and candidate networks using a variety of attraction and search techniques.
- Utilise various recruitment tools and platforms, including Workable, job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and attraction campaigns to identify, attract, and engage quality candidates.
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure both skill alignment and cultural fit, then coordinate and set up interviews by establishing availability and booking directly into hiring leaders' diaries.
- Manage offer processes, including salary negotiations and contract issuance, and ensure a smooth transition into onboarding.
- Facilitate internal mobility opportunities within the UK and internationally, ensuring smooth transitions for employees moving across regions or departments where necessary.
- Collaborate with the wider people team on onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated effectively, maintaining a positive experience from offer acceptance to their start date.
- Develop strategies and solutions to source talent in new geographical areas, including North America, Europe, and other regions, adapting to local recruitment landscapes and challenges.
- Participate in and manage recruitment projects, which may include process improvements, employer branding initiatives, and diversity hiring strategies.
- Generate and maintain reports related to recruitment activities, providing insights into key metrics and trends.
- Offer support and guidance within the Recruitment function by assisting with any ad-hoc queries, sharing best practices, and collaborating on challenging vacancies and/or project work.
- Create engaging LinkedIn posts to help generate applications for the vacancies being recruited.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring leaders for any queries around our ATS (Workable).
- Provide weekly information to the Talent Acquisition Leader, giving key insights into market challenges.
Requirements
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally within software (dev/product), business or commercial functions.
- Strong sourcing expertise, with a track record of building talent pipelines and engaging passive candidates.
- Ability to adapt recruitment strategies for new geographies and evolving role types.
- Collaborative and confident in working with stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and recruitment metrics.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused, with the ability to work independently.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience recruiting in international markets (e.g., North America, Europe, South Africa).
- Familiarity with Workable or similar ATS systems.
- Knowledge of employer branding initiatives and diversity recruitment practices.
