Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Managing and maintaining our international thin client infrastructure with IGEL OS in our stores
• Using IGEL UMS to configure, monitor and troubleshoot the thin clients
• Collaborating with the national IT teams and our internal customers to optimise performance and improve the user experience
• Providing support in the Citrix environment to ensure smooth access to applications and tools
• Selecting suitable hardware for thin clients to be used worldwide

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Completed apprenticeship or academic degree in IT or a comparable qualification
• Experience with thin client technologies (e.g. IGEL OS) and cloud-based management tools (e.g. cloud,  IGEL UMS)
• Basic knowledge of Citrix technologies
• Analytical and solution-oriented approach to work and keen interest in international collaboration
• Excellent communication and cooperation skills
• Very good English language skills

Desirable extras.

• Relevant certifications (e.g. Citrix Certified Associate) are an advantage
