Provides seamless, high-touch service during dinner sails aboard the Lāna‘i catamarans serving in a group and/or chartered setting.
Compensation:
$18.00 - $22.00/hour (non-exempt)

Responsibilities
Essential Duties
- Set up, execute, and break down all food and beverage components of the catamaran dining experience.
- Present and describe dishes with confidence, showcasing product knowledge and enthusiasm
- Offer thoughtful beverage pairings based on a working knowledge of beer, wine, champagne, spirits, and mixed beverages
- Ensure all guest interactions reflect the warmth, professionalism, and excellence on par with the standards experienced by our guests when staying at the Four Seasons Resorts Lana’i
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with culinary and service teams to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs to deliver a personalized, memorable experience
- Adhere to all safety protocols aboard the vessel and ensure guest comfort during the sailing experience
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a high-end restaurant, resort, or event-based food & beverage role
- Comprehensive knowledge of beverage pairings including wine, champagne, and craft cocktails
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills reflective of standards of luxury
- Poised and professional appearance with a calm demeanor in dynamic environments
- Ability to carry trays, set tables, and deliver service on a moving vessel
- Must be comfortable working evenings and outdoors on a marine vessel, with flexibility for changing weather conditions
- Requires relating to people in a friendly and professional manner.
- Able to think and make effective decisions quickly.
- Ability to create effective working relationships with employees.
- Must be able to maintain a positive attitude and work under pressure.
- Current TB Clearance
- Current Maui County Liquor License
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear.
- The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
