Duties

Performs a wide variety of executive support services, administrative, executive-level meeting support, advisory, writing, preparation actions, scheduling, logistical, personnel management, automation and integration activities.,Maintains internal administrative standard operating procedures for all missions and functions.,Manages the entire organization's task and correspondence management support program.,Provides expert advice regarding analyses and appropriate strategies for collection of information/data and conduct of analyses.,Directs and orchestrates meetings and briefings to ensure that stated and implied goals are achieved, and appropriate follow-on actions are completed.,Researches, reviews, and interprets policies, directives, and regulations; determines applicability of that policy to DHA and PEO MS/CIO (J-6).,Makes necessary determinations to stimulate and initiate management improvements and modifications and exploits opportunities to improve policies and procedures.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Basic Requirements for the MANAGEMENT ANALYST, GS-0343-14 position: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes analyzing management policies and procedures, recommending administrative process improvement changes, and assisting with personnel management projects. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (13). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
